Hiccup ha preso il posto del padre Stoyck come leader di Berk, nonostante del leader debba ancora trovare la stoffa, mentre Sdentato è il nuovo Alfa, il drago da cui tutti gli altri draghi si lasciano guidare. Uomini e draghi convivono, dunque, felicemente e scomodamente, ma l'utopia ha i giorni contati: Grimmel il Grifagno, assetato killer di Furie Buie, è sulle tracce di Sdentato e ha stretto un patto con i nemici di Hiccup promettendo loro di riportare in gabbia ogni drago in libertà. Non resta che partire, lasciare la propria terra, alla ricerca di quel mondo nascosto di cui vaneggiava Stoyck, per scoprire se si tratti davvero del paradiso dei draghi o soltanto di una leggenda da marinai.

Nel 2005 il virus noto come "Pluto's Kiss" causò la distruzione delle reti informatiche nel mondo. Come diretta conseguenza ci fu un inasprirsi dei controlli delle autorità sulle attività nel web. Dopo due anni però, con la nascita del MMORPG The World sembrò che tutti i problemi fossero stati risolti. Alcuni additarono come responsabile del precedente virus proprio la CyberConnect, società produttrice del gioco, che attraverso questa manovra si sarebbe garantita un'immensa fetta di mercato. In ogni caso ogni polemica cessò quando The World divenne un vero e proprio fenomeno di massa, con milioni di utenti connessi in tutto il mondo.

Mark Hogancamp mette in scena nel proprio prato le gesta di un suo alter ego di nome Hogie in un fittizio villaggio belga, durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale. Hogie è un pilota americano in lotta contro i nazisti e protetto dalle donne di Marwen, che sono poi la trasfigurazione delle donne che hanno aiutato Mark durante la sua terapia. Egli è infatti reduce da un pestaggio di natura omofoba e da una lunga ma insufficiente riabilitazione, tanto da aver perso sia la memoria sia la capacità di disegnare. Elabora la tragedia fotografando le scene che crea nel giardino, con bambole di donne eleganti e action figure di soldati. Quando arriva una nuova vicina, Nicol, Mark cerca di raddrizzare la propria vita e di liberarsi dalla dipendenza dagli antidolorifici.

Siamo a Roma nel 2018 e tre amici di lungo corso, con scarsi mezzi ma un indomabile talento creativo, decidono di organizzare un "Tour Criminale" di Roma alla scoperta dei luoghi simbolo della Banda della Magliana. L’idea, ne sono convinti, sarà una miniera di soldi. Abiti d’epoca, jeans a zampa, giubbotti di pelle, stivaletti e Ray-Ban specchiati, ed è fatta… sono pronti per lanciarsi nella nuova impresa. Se non fosse che, per un imprevedibile scherzo del destino, vengono catapultati negli anni ’80 nei giorni dei gloriosi Mondiali di Spagna e si ritrovano faccia a faccia con alcuni membri della Banda che all’epoca gestiva le scommesse clandestine sul calcio. Per non parlare dell’incontro con una vulcanica e dirompente ballerina che rischia di scombinare ancora di più le carte. Per i tre amici potrebbe rivelarsi una ghiotta occasione di riscatto oppure….

Costretta a trasferirsi dall'Inghilterra al Sudafrica per seguire il lavoro del padre John, zoologo, Mia è una bambina insofferente e ribelle. Qualcosa però cambia quando, durante il primo Natale trascorso lontana da Londra, nell'allevamento di John nasce Charlie, un raro esemplare di leone bianco. Tra Mia e Charlie nasce subito un'amicizia fortissima che causa non poche preoccupazioni ai genitori della ragazza, convinti che il leone, una volta adulto, non saprà controllare i propri istinti predatori. Le cose si complicano ulteriormente quando Mia, insieme a suo fratello Mick, scopre un segreto sull'allevamento che i due bambini non avrebbero mai potuto immaginare.
