  2. Anthony Phillips - The Geese and The Ghost (2015) [48kHz/24bit] Label: Esoteric Recordings Country: UK Genre: Progressive Rock Quality: FLAC (*tracks) Bitrate: Lossless [48kHz/24bit] Time: 0:49:33 Full Size: 544.3 MB Anthony Phillips' first post-Genesis solo album was an extension of the pseudo-medieval folk elements found on Trespass, the last of his Genesis albums. Much of this recording sounds like a lost Genesis album, understandable since Phil Collins does a lot of the singing, and Michael Rutherford is present on guitar, bass, and keyboards, and also shares composer credits with him on major parts of this album. Portions of the material here, in fact, seem to have been derived from pieces they composed together in Genesis' early days that proved unsuitable for performance on-stage. Thus, The Geese & the Ghost comes off as a sort of throwback, picking up stylistically where Trespass or Nursery Cryme (check out the second part of the title track) left off nearly six years earlier. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=csPqa-U2GbE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Op_FUTgxCwg https://xubster.com/users/10795/6577/Anthony Phillips <

Sadly, this also marked the final appearance of the Stones founder and original guiding light, Brian Jones, who would be dead within six months after filming the special. 8. New Order - ∑(No,12k,Lg,17Mif) New Order + Liam Gillick: So It Goes.. (2019) [44.1kHz/24bit] Label: Mute Country: UK Genre: Synthpop,New Wave,Post-Punk,Electronica Quality: FLAC (*tracks) Bitrate: Lossless [44.1kHz/24bit] Time: 1:35:44 Full Size: 1,12 Gb But one thing that fans will be particularly pleased by is the set list. Songs now seldom performed by the Mancunian group (such as Times Change from Republic, Vanishing Point from Technique, Ultraviolence from Power, Corruption and Lies and Plastic from Music Complete) as well as four Joy Division tracks (In a Lonely Place, Decades, Heart & Soul and Disorder, songs which haven't been played live in 30 years!) make for a very special record. Without resting on their laurels, the quintet consisting of the original line-up (Bernard Sumner, Stephen Morris and Gillian Gilbert) along with later additions (Phil Cunningham and Tom Chapman) perform completely reworked versions of their hits from the last century, proving that they most certainly still have things left to say. © Max Dembo/Qobuz https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rcAW8KRE1CE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mfI1S0PKJR8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rcFq9tVn97s https://xubster.com/users/10795/1344/New Order <

  10. 3Teeth - shutdown.ɘxe (2017) [96kHz/24bit] Label: OMF Records Country: USA Genre: Industrial metal,Nu metal Quality: FLAC (*tracks) Bitrate: Lossless [96kHz/24bit] Time: 0:49:38 Full Size: 1,09 Gb 3Teeth return with their sophomore set, shutdown.exe, a thrilling assault that finds them staking their claim as formidable new voices of the genre. shutdown.exe expands the band's sonic canvas to full cinematic scope, creating a brutal and unforgiving post-apocalyptic landscape. This release is a gift to fans of classics like Broken, The Downward Spiral, Antichrist Superstar, and SEHNSUCHT. The gears of the shutdown.exe machine crank to life on "Divine Weapon," a pummeling hellscape that masterfully builds anxiety and unease with patience and atmospheric space. Their newfound confidence sets shutdown.exe above 3Teeth. Jagged riffs slice and stab on the buzzing "Atrophy" and the feral "Shutdown," while digital dissonance distorts the rhythmic "Oblivion Coil" and "Degrade." While every song on shutdown.exe is truly worth a listen, a late-album triplet stuns with variety and a handful of new ideas that allow the band to really spread its wings. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0teZb2cQ_8E https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CZ7c3mGC3ok&list=OLAK5uy_nCgGHPt2nzz5tG48Gfdv6L9fFAXfKkHnc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0teZb2cQ_8E&list=OLAK5uy_nCgGHPt2nzz5tG48Gfdv6L9fFAXfKkHnc&index=5 https://xubster.com/users/10795/6495/3TEETH <

  12. Squares & Joe Satriani - Best of the Early 80's Demos (2019) [88.2kHz/24bit] Label: earMUSIC Country: Best of the Early 80's Demos Genre: Modern Rock Quality: FLAC (*tracks) Bitrate: Lossless [88.2kHz/24bit] Time: 36:28 Full Size: 724 Mb Collection of previously unreleased demos by Joe Satriani's first band, THE SQUARES, made available on July 12. THE SQUARES featured Andy Milton, who passed away in 1999, on bass and vocals, Jeff Campitelli on drums and, of course, Satriani on guitar. "We called ourselves THE SQUARES, or sometimes just SQUARES. There were other bands with the same name but we were determined to get to home base first and claim the name. That never happened. We were part VAN HALEN and part EVERLY BROTHERS. A mix of heavy metal, rock 'n' roll, punk and new wave. We were hard to pin down and categorize, which is most likely why we never 'made it.' "But as we were trying our best to get a record deal and become superstars, we had a lot of good times, and we laid down some seriously good music. We were ahead of our time, which, in this case, is another way of saying we were out of step with what people were looking for back then. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G6TQWDs5Gxs https://xubster.com/users/10795/6546/Joe Satriani <
  13. Paul Mccartney - CHOBA B CCCP [Remastered] (2019) [96kHz/24bit] Label: Paul McCartney Catalog Country: UK Genre: Rock Quality: FLAC (*tracks) Bitrate: Lossless [96kHz/24bit] Time: 0:38:41 Full Size: 797.8 MB The live-in-studio Choba B CCCP (Russian for "Back In The USSR") was released in the Soviet Union in 1988, making Paul the first Western artist to issue an album exclusively for that market. In a conscious decision to get back to his roots, Paul spontaneously spent two days covering his favorite hits from the 1950s. The sessions produced 22 songs in total (and one of the outtakes being a version of The Beatles' "I Saw Her Standing There"). Choba B CCCP was a deeply personal album and a way to acknowledge fans who had supported him and The Beatles since the start. "When I was very young I asked my dad if people wanted peace," Paul explained at the time. "He said to me, 'Yes, people everywhere want peace - it's usually politicians that cause trouble.' It always seemed to me that the way The Beatles' music was admired in the USSR tended to prove his point, that people the world over have a great deal in common. In releasing this record exclusively in the Soviet Union, I extend the hand of peace and friendship to the people of Russia." Choba B CCCP was released in the rest of the world following the 1991 collapse of the Soviet Union. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nEzCxZ1hIwo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_9WspF-n9U0 https://xubster.com/users/10795/3966/Paul McCartney <

  15. Paul Mccartney - Paul Is Live [Remastered] (2019) [96kHz/24bit] Label: Paul McCartney Catalog Country: UK Genre: Rock Quality: FLAC (*tracks) Bitrate: Lossless [96kHz/24bit] Time: 1:17:06 Full Size: 1.56 GB Recorded during the U.S. and Australian swings of the tour in support of 1993's Off The Ground, Paul Is Live is Paul's fifth live album. Originally released that same year, the album is famous for the multiple meanings and clues embedded in its title and cover art, all of which play on the "Paul Is Dead" conspiracy/hoax. In addition to a wealth of Wings and Beatles classics, covers of Roy Brown's "Good Rockin' Tonight" and Leiber and Stoller's "Kansas City" and more, Paul Is Live also offers a peek behind the curtain: Three songs improvised on the spot and exclusive to the album, all recorded during rehearsals in various locations over the course of the tour. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P4FZYqd_iNo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yf0cLaoObXY https://xubster.com/users/10795/3966/Paul McCartney <
