Kotone è una ragazza la quale, dopo essersi diplomata e diventata una maga, ha chiesto aiuto all'RPG Real Estate per trovare una nuova casa. La RPG Real Estate è, in realtà, il luogo di lavoro di Kotone, che insieme a Fa, un semiumano, il sacerdote Rufuria e il soldato Rakira, aiutano a sostenere le ricerche di nuove case per i clienti in varie circostanze.
