Le signore Calloway, Maggie e Grace, sono tre mucche coraggiose decise a difendere la loro fattoria dalle grinfie di Alameda Slim, un pericoloso fuorilegge che ha deciso di mettere le mani sulla proprietà della dolce Pearl chiamata 'Angolo di Paradiso', su cui pende un'ipoteca di 1000 dollari. Con l'aiuto di Buck, uno stallone campione di karatè, del coniglio Lucky Jack - capo del gruppo, cuoco e sciamano - e tre porcellini iperattivi e pronti a combattere, le tre indomite mucche vivono una serie di avventure nel selvaggio West per riuscire a recuperare il denaro sufficiente a riscattare l'ipoteca. Questa volta gli eroi sono le mucche e non i cow boy...

L'imperatore Kuzco sta per compiere 18 anni ma è troppo pieno di sé per trovare una sposa 'adeguata'. Compie però l'errore di licenziare l'anziana consigliera Izma che si vendica con l'aiuto del fusto Kronk che le fa da chaperon. Il proposito è quello di avvelenarlo ma, per un errore, di Kronk, la pozione non lo uccide, ma lo trasforma in un lama (parlante ovviamente). L'imperatore lama finisce così sul carro del campagnolo Pacha col quale avvia un rapporto amichevolmente conflittuale. La loro alleanza porterà comunque alla sconfitta di Izma e al ritorno dell'Imperatore a un'umanità completa (anche in rapporto agli altri).

New Orleans, età del jazz. Tiana lavora sodo e senza sosta per accumulare il denaro che servirà a realizzare il sogno che lei e il padre formularono quando era bambina: un ristorante, con ottimo cibo e ottima musica. Intanto il principe Naveen sbarca in Lousiana e le ragazze della città impazziscono per vederlo, ma lui si lascia presto abbindolare dal malvagio Facilier, dedito alle arti oscure, e finisce trasformato in un ranocchio. Scambiando la bella Tiana per una principessa, nel corso di una festa da ballo, implora da lei il bacio che, secondo le favole, lo farà tornare umano ma accade l'imprevisto ed è Tiana a trasformarsi a sua volta in una graziosissima, viscida ranocchia. Per poter donare la felicità agli altri, attraverso il piacere del cibo, Tiana dovrà prima conoscere la felicità per sé, attraverso l'amore, e capire che un sogno non è pienamente bello se non è condiviso Ad un certo punto il principe dovrà cioè prendere il posto di suo padre, così vuole la fiaba e la vita.

Rudy e Anita hanno deciso di lasciare l'appartamento di Londra per trasferirsi in una grande casa di campagna che possa contenere l'ormai allargata famiglia canina. Purtroppo, durante il trasloco, il piccolo Macchia, uno dei cuccioli viene lasciato per sbaglio a Londra, ma lui senza perdersi d'animo comincia a vagare per la città deciso a presentarsi ad un provino per il cast della sua trasmissione televisiva preferita. Qui Macchia conosce il suo eroe, Fulmine, il cane protagonista della serie. Insieme a lui e a Lampo, il braccio destro di Fulmine, il piccolo Macchia vive una serie di avventure, tra cui il difficile salvataggio di un gruppo di cuccioli dalmata dalle grinfie, ancora una volta, di Crudelia De Mon e di uno stravagante artista, che dipinge quadri ispirati al pelo a macchie dei dalmata.

A Londra Rudy, creatore di videogiochi, e Anita, impiegata presso l'azienda di Crudelia De Mon, si incontrano in modo movimentato in un parco, a causa dell'irruenza dei loro cani dalmata, rispettivamente Pongo e Peggy. Rudy e Anita si sposano, vanno in una casa nuova, dove poco dopo Peggy dà alla luce una cucciolata di piccoli dalmati. La perfida Crudelia, grande amante di pellicce, si precipita a casa dei due per acquistare i neonati. Anita si oppone ma Crudelia non rinuncia. Quando i cuccioli sono soli in casa con la domestica, arrivano due ladruncoli e li portano su un camion in un palazzo diroccato fuori Londra, dove si trova già un gran numero di altri dalmata scomparsi negli ultimi tempi.
