Trama
Mizuki lavora presso una banca del sangue. Un giorno il suo direttore lo chiama per confidargli un segreto: la paziente di un ospedale a cui è stato trasfuso il sangue fornito dalla banca è diventata improvvisamente uno spirito! Anche se è clinicamente morta, continua a muoversi e a parlare come se fosse ancora viva. Questo rischia di far precipitare la credibilità della banca del sangue, perciò Mizuki dovrà indagare sull'origine del donatore. Scopre così che si tratta di una donna che vive in un tempio abbandonato vicino casa sua. La donna si rivela essere uno spettro, che ha donato il sangue per pagarsi da vivere, perché aspetta un figlio. Mizuki promette di non dire a nessuno ciò che sa, almeno finché il piccolo non sarà nato, purtroppo, però, la donna e suo marito moriranno prima del lieto evento. Mizuki dà loro sepoltura ma dalla tomba affiora una manina: è quella di Kitaro, il figlio della donna venuto alla luce dopo la sepoltura di sua madre!

Trama
L'anime traspone la settima singolarità del gioco per smartphone Fate/Grand Order, ambientata nella civiltà babilonese durante il regno di Gilgamesh.
Ritsuka e Mash, questa volta, dovranno tornare indietro nel tempo fino al 2600 A.C e salvare l'umanità dall'estinzione, minacciata da un Graal corrotto inviato dal malvagio Solomon in quell'epoca. I due faranno la conoscenza di Re Gilgamesh, sovrano di Uruk, che li aiuterà ad organizzare una strategia vincente. Durante il viaggio incontreranno molti nemici tra cui divinità babilonesi e centro-americane ma anche preziosi alleati come il famoso mago Merlino, Ushiwakamaru, Benkei e molti altri. Insieme formeranno una vera e propria squadra che cercherà di sconfiggere nemici via via sempre più potenti che mirano alla distruzione della Mesopotamia e dell'umanità intera.

Caiman è un uomo dalla testa di alligatore, ridotto in questo stato da dei misteriosi stregoni provenienti da un'altra dimensione, a cui solo loro hanno accesso. Essi girano per la città di Hole lasciandosi dietro morti e deformati, praticando la loro magia nera sulla gente, ma Caiman, immune alle loro arti e supportato dalla lottatrice e cuoca Nikaido, dà loro la caccia, consapevole che l'unico modo per tornare normale è trovare lo stregone che l'ha trasformato.
