Un fantomatico killer, “il genio dell'omicidio”, risiede a Osaka nascosto nell'anonimato di una vita apparentemente normale. Sin dall'infanzia gli è stato insegnato di obbedire ciecamente agli ordini del suo boss e ora gli è stato ordinato di vivere a Osaka per un anno come una persona normale. Dovrà proteggere il boss stesso, che è costretto a tenere un basso profilo durante questo periodo.
