Having met online during a music course the pair realized that despite very different backgrounds (Dave from North East England (now based in Las Vegas) & Tim from Tennessee) they had similar musical influences including Folk Rock, Classic Rock, Progressive Rock and Electronic Music and so started writing together. With Dave composing the music and Tim providing melodies and lyrics, the early online collaborations as part of their course were focused on more modern commercial sounding tracks. However, it was soon apparent that they preferred to write in their more familiar Rock style and so new material came together very quickly throughout 2021.
