Le gemelle Frieda e Maria, dopo la morte dei genitori, si trasferiscono da Venezia in Germania, presso gli zii Katy e Gustav Weil, che abitano in un villaggio dominato dal castello del giovane conte Karistein della cui dissolutezza tutti sono al corrente, si sospetta che il conte faccia anche messe nere con orge Vampiresche. Sotto la direzione di Gustav, gli uomini sono organizzati in una Fratellanza che nottetempo vaga alla ricerca di giovani donne in atto di peccato per accusarle di stregoneria e quindi per mandarle al rogo. Tutto ciò, mentre terrorizza la dolce Maria, stimola la curiosità morbosa di Frieda, che trova il modo di incontrarsi con il conte che la inizia al vampirismo. Nel frattempo, per volontà degli zii, le due ragazze frequentano la scuola dei fratelli Ingrid e Anton. Questi è l'unico uomo del villaggio che disapprova le spedizioni della Fratellanza e che vorrebbe si dirigessero contro il conte. Una notte, dopo che già diverse vittime innocenti sono state messe sul rogo, gli uomini di Gustav trovano Frieda mentre succhia il sangue di un uomo: lo zio non può che mettere in prigione la nipote e sanzionare il verdetto di condanna al fuoco. Ma il conte riesce a sostituire Frieda con Maria. Per fortuna, Anton scopre l'inganno e riesce finalmente a volgere la furia della Fratellanza contro il castello. Nella battaglia muoiono tutti i vampiri. Maria corrisponde all'amore di Anton.

Hans porta la moglie Ruth in una clinica per donne con disturbi mentali. Lì si aggira un uomo misterioso che compie una serie di efferati omicidi aggredendo tra gli altri anche Ruth. Il direttore della clinica e il suo assistente temono che la clinica possa venire chiusa e per questo cercano di depistare le indagini. Una volta compreso il loro errore, si rivolgono a un ispettore che si mette all'opera per riuscire a catturare il temibile assassino. Note Abitato dalla presenza perturbante e magnetica di Kinski, il film è un thriller a tinte erotiche che procede a ritmo basso sui binari paralleli del collasso della clinica e della mente del protagonista. Non il miglior Di Leo.
