5. Wilco - Summerteeth 1999 (2014) 192-24 Country: USA Genre: Alternative rock,Indie Rock Format: FLAC (*tracks) Quality: Lossless [192 kHz/24 bit] Time: 01:00:17 Full Size: 2.3 GB Wilco evolved at remarkable speed after forming in 1994, almost immediately after the breakup of Uncle Tupelo. Their debut album, 1995's A.M., was an upbeat set of alt-country that bore few, if any surprises, but 1996's Being There was a major creative departure that moved far beyond the boundaries of roots music. 1999's Summerteeth was initially controversial among fans because it marked the spot where Wilco almost entirely abandoned the country influences that had once been the core of Jeff Tweedy's music. Instead, Tweedy and Jay Bennett, who had gone from being the group's guitarist to manning a massive bank of keyboards and becoming Tweedy's primary collaborator in the studio, concocted a stunning set of off-kilter pop, suggesting a Midwestern fusion of peak-era Brian Wilson and Big Star's 3rd. ("Pieholden Suite" in particular is a lovely homage to the Beach Boys' Smile, then still circulating only in bootleg form.) At the same time, this was brilliantly constructed pop music was also pop with a dark and troubling center; the violence at the heart of "She's a Jar" and "Via Chicago" is too blunt to avoid, and even the brightest moments ("Can't Stand It," "A Shot in the Arm," and "When You Wake Up Feeling Old") sound and feel emotionally out of balance, giving this a complicated emotional push-and-pull that reinforces the resonance of the performances. (The album's most lovable pop tune, "Candyfloss," significantly comes near the end of the set, bookended after a 20-second burst of silence.) While Wilco was inarguably Jeff Tweedy's band at this point, Summerteeth was the apex of his collaboration with Jay Bennett, even more so than 2002's Yankee Hotel Foxtrot, and while John Stirratt and Ken Coomer were their strong, reliable selves as a rhythm section, it's Bennett's keyboards and production smarts that give life to a set of great, uncompromising songs. If Being There was the album where Jeff Tweedy embraced all that was possible with Wilco, Summerteeth was where he closed the door on the past and boldly stepped into a very different future. © Mark Deming /TiVo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ZVoDJZBnS8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Tp2cxQ-rhQ&list=OLAK5uy_n3djIm29MEXLYb1xXmweTIAMFmyOWNZyQ&index=11 Download from HotLink https://hotlink.cc/folder/b9509e9d-ddd0-11ec-a2c7-0cc47ac4f47e

12. Heart - Little Queen 1977 (2015) 192-24 Country: USA Genre: Hard Rock, Folk Rock Format: FLAC (*tracks) Quality: Lossless [192 kHz/24 bit] Time: 38:57 Full Size: 1.34 GB Little Queen is Heart's third studio album originally released in 1977. It spent 41 weeks on chart and became a multi-platinum selling record. Little Queen features popular single "Barracuda" as well as "Kick It Out" and the title track. After acquiring a substantial following with Dreamboat Annie, Heart solidified its niche in the hard rock and arena rock worlds with the equally impressive Little Queen. Once again, loud-and-proud, Led Zeppelin-influenced hard rock was the thing that brought Heart the most attention. But while "Barracuda" and "Kick It Out" are the type of sweaty rockers one thought of first when Heart's name was mentioned, hard rock by no means dominates this album. In fact, much of Little Queen consists of such folk-influenced, acoustic-oriented fare as "Treat Me Well" and "Cry to Me." Anyone doubting just how much Heart's ballads have changed over the years need only play "Dream of the Archer" next to a high-volume power ballad like "Wait for an Answer" from 1987's Bad Animals. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kKY1wJlzqjo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PeMvMNpvB5M&list=OLAK5uy_kPldHEcfYC26d85HSmg3SL8gxcZWuV-pg&index=1 Download from HotLink https://hotlink.cc/folder/5da8ac10-af45-11eb-a971-0cc47ac4f47e

15. George Thorogood & The Destroyers - Haircut 1993 (2021) 192-24 Country: USA Genre: Blues rock, Boogie rock Format: FLAC (*tracks) Quality: Lossless [192 kHz/24 bit] Time: 43:13 Full Size: 1.59 GB Haircut is the ninth studio album released by George Thorogood and the Destroyers. It was released in 1993 on Capitol Records. The album peaked at #120 on the Billboard 200. "You wouldn't expect any changes from George Thorogood, whose pile-driving rocking-blues and boogie have maintained their appeal despite the emergence of numerous similar-sounding ensembles. Thorogood's rough-hewn singing and always tantalizing playing are on target through the usual mix of originals and covers (this time including Bo Diddley and Willie Dixon). Besides the bonus of major label engineering and production, Thorogood's work has never lost its edge because he avoids becoming indulgent or a parody, and continues to sound genuinely interested in and a fan of the tunes he's doing." 16. Heart - Dreamboat Annie 1976 (2013) 192-24 http://i46.fastpic.ru/big/2013/0522/8b/3962378a4a4d70c65168665508bd378b.jpg Country: USA Genre: Rock Format: FLAC (*tracks) Quality: Lossless [192 kHz/24 bit] Time: 39:57 Full Size: 1.52 GB In the 1980s and '90s, numerous women recorded blistering rock, but things were quite different in 1976 -- when female singers tended to be pigeonholed as soft rockers and singer/songwriters and were encouraged to take after Carly Simon, Melissa Manchester, or Joni Mitchell rather than Led Zeppelin or Black Sabbath. Greatly influenced by Zep, Heart did its part to help open doors for ladies of loudness with the excellent Dreamboat Annie. Aggressive yet melodic rockers like "Sing Child," "White Lightning & Wine," and the rock radio staples "Magic Man" and "Crazy on You" led to the tag "the female Led Zeppelin." And in fact, Robert Plant did have a strong influence on Ann Wilson. But those numbers and caressing, folk-ish ballads like "How Deep It Goes" and the title song also make it clear that the Nancy and Ann Wilson had their own identity and vision early on. © Alex Henderson /TiVo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z5YTF26mkiU Download from HotLink https://hotlink.cc/folder/5da8ac10-af45-11eb-a971-0cc47ac4f47e
17. Heart - Dog & Butterfly 1978 (2015) 192-24 Country: USA Genre: Hard Rock, Folk Rock Format: FLAC (*tracks) Quality: Lossless [192 kHz/24 bit] Time: 39:20 Full Size: 1.48 GB Dog & Butterfly became Heart's fourth million-selling album and placed two songs of opposing styles in the Top 40. Like their Magazine album, Dog & Butterfly peaked at number 17 on the charts, but the material from it is much stronger from every standpoint, with Anne and Nancy Wilson involving themselves to a greater extent. The light, afternoon feel of the title track peaked at number 34, while the more resounding punch of "Straight On" went all the way to number 15 as the album's first single. With keyboard player Howard Leese making his presence felt, and the vocals and guitar work sounding fuller and more focused, the band seems to be rather comfortable once again. Average bridge-and-chorus efforts like "Cook with Fire" and "High Time" aren't spectacular, but they do emit some appeal as far as filler is concerned, while "Lighter Touch" may be the best of the uncharted material https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0gasqzzgC8Y&list=OLAK5uy_kwEgFCpr5o8MS-ZKaTcm9eBpfDeKm5RDo&index=1 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lGdHebsyONk&list=OLAK5uy_kwEgFCpr5o8MS-ZKaTcm9eBpfDeKm5RDo&index=6 Download from HotLink https://hotlink.cc/folder/5da8ac10-af45-11eb-a971-0cc47ac4f47e
18. Charlie Collins - Undone (2022) 192-24 Country: Australia Genre: Indie Pop, Alternative Format: FLAC (*tracks) Quality: Lossless [192 kHz/24 bit] Time: 40:01 Full Size: 1.33 GB Sydney alt-pop artist Charlie Collins has released the follow-up to her AIR Award-winning (and ARIA-nominated) debut album 'Snowpine' Collins began writing for the album more than two years ago "in the wake of her separation", and eventually scrapped the first completed version of it as she "began to rediscover her wildness, spontaneity and freedom". Collins herself says that 'Undone' will "expose a lot of who I am and what I was going through [in that process]". The album saw Collins experimenting with co-writes for the first time, linking up with local songwriter Xavier Dunn (Jack River, GRAACE, Sarah Wolfe), Japanese Wallpaper and Jarryd James. All three also aided Collins in producing the record, with the artist also enlisting Scott Horscroft (Middle Kids, Polish Club) and Joji Malani (ex-Gang Of Youths) to produce additional tracks. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Opqv9Rgt7Hk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cT9obi0vkcc Download from HotLink https://hotlink.cc/1p8mgqkt74j1/Charlie.Collins.-.Undone.2022.192-24.rar

20. George Thorogood & The Destroyers - Maverick 1985 (2021) 192-24 Country: USA Genre: Blues rock, Boogie rock Format: FLAC (*tracks) Quality: Lossless [192 kHz/24 bit] Time: 43:35 Full Size: 1.62 GB Maverick is the sixth album by the band George Thorogood and the Destroyers. It was produced by Terry Manning and released in January 1985. Some of its songs are among Thorogood's best-known, including "I Drink Alone" and "Willie and the Hand Jive", the latter being his only single to reach the Billboard Hot 100 chart. George Thorogood is forever consistent and Maverick is more of the blues/rock driving sound the journeyman guitarist is known for. John Lee Hooker's "Crawling King Snake" is what you expect from this crew while "Memphis, Tennessee" bursts at the seams with George's trademark slide and Hank Carter's saxophone. Recorded at the legendary Dimension Sound Studio in July of 1984 on the outskirts of Boston, the earthy sound catches all the band's primal energy from opener "Gear Jammer" to the wailing sax of "Long Gone." There are only four originals from Thorogood, the album chock full of Johnny Otis, Chuck Berry, Carl Perkins, John Lee Hooker and others. It is territory that the group has covered on pretty much every previous record, but it's done with the artistic passion that makes it real. The vocal on "What a Price" full of torment, it's a nice contrast to the rocking numbers. © Joe Viglione /TiVo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VdJV844VOc4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=URnpo57OPi8 Download from HotLink https://hotlink.cc/folder/ef4cdc08-c2d3-11ec-a2c7-0cc47ac4f47e
21. David Bowie - Scary Monsters (And Super Creeps) (1980) [2017] 192-24 Country: UK Genre: Rock Format: FLAC (*tracks) Quality: Lossless [192 kHz/24 bit] Time: 45:43 Full Size: 1.84 GB David Bowie returned to relatively conventional rock & roll with Scary Monsters, an album that effectively acts as an encapsulation of all his '70s experiments. Reworking glam rock themes with avant-garde synth flourishes, and reversing the process as well, Bowie creates dense but accessible music throughout Scary Monsters. Though it doesn't have the vision of his other classic records, it wasn't designed to break new ground -- it was created as the culmination of Bowie's experimental genre-shifting of the '70s. As a result, Scary Monsters is Bowie's last great album. While the music isn't far removed from the post-punk of the early '80s, it does sound fresh, hip, and contemporary, which is something Bowie lost over the course of the '80s. [Rykodisc's 1992 reissue includes re-recorded versions of "Space Oddity" and "Panic in Detroit," the Japanese single "Crystal Japan," and the British single "Alabama Song."] © Stephen Thomas Erlewine /TiVo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HyMm4rJemtI&list=OLAK5uy_lzc2y3XxcafasJo2jrQkDngahjX9KqXvk&index=4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gVW0ZyDNf94 Download from HotLink https://hotlink.cc/folder/ef60e7f4-c541-11eb-a971-0cc47ac4f47e

23. David Bowie - Aladdin Sane 1973 (2015) 192-24 Country: UK Genre: Rock Format: FLAC (*tracks) Quality: Lossless [192 kHz/24 bit] Time: 41:46 Full Size: 1.61 GB Ziggy Stardust wrote the blueprint for David Bowie's hard-rocking glam, and Aladdin Sane essentially follows the pattern, for both better and worse. A lighter affair than Ziggy Stardust, Aladdin Sane is actually a stranger album than its predecessor, buoyed by bizarre lounge-jazz flourishes from pianist Mick Garson and a handful of winding, vaguely experimental songs. Bowie abandons his futuristic obsessions to concentrate on the detached cool of New York and London hipsters, as on the compressed rockers "Watch That Man," "Cracked Actor," and "The Jean Genie." Bowie follows the hard stuff with the jazzy, dissonant sprawls of "Lady Grinning Soul," "Aladdin Sane," and "Time," all of which manage to be both campy and avant-garde simultaneously, while the sweepingly cinematic "Drive-In Saturday" is a soaring fusion of sci-fi doo wop and melodramatic teenage glam. He lets his paranoia slip through in the clenched rhythms of "Panic in Detroit," as well as on his oddly clueless cover of "Let's Spend the Night Together." For all the pleasures on Aladdin Sane, there's no distinctive sound or theme to make the album cohesive; it's Bowie riding the wake of Ziggy Stardust, which means there's a wealth of classic material here, but not enough focus to make the album itself a classic. © Stephen Thomas Erlewine /TiVo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bc-E78guBLI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eQGobt4ub6U Download from HotLink https://hotlink.cc/folder/ef60e7f4-c541-11eb-a971-0cc47ac4f47e
