Musically inspired by early 70s glam rock and 50s rock n' roll, the band offers observations of our daily struggles from the point of view of local characters, wrapped in raw, raucous, yet sweet tones. The result has been described as "an opus characterised by a vintage yet pertinent sound that brings strange feelings of light-headedness and comfort, around the at times obscure lyrics". Dangereens' sound and aesthetic combine touches of 70s junkshop glam with sleazy, primal 50s rock n' roll.
