La storia si svolge in un'accademia di corse di cavalli che addestra i ragazzi a diventare fantini. Il triennio dell'accademia è molto competitivo e chi vuole iscriversi deve superare non solo una prova accademica, ma anche una prova fisica e di idoneità. Yu Arimura è un ex idol popolare che si innamora delle corse di cavalli dopo averlo visto per la prima volta e vuole entrare nell'accademia. Shun Kanami è cresciuto su un'isola e durante la sua crescita ha vissuto corse di cavalli solo attraverso trasmissioni radiofoniche. Amane viene da una famiglia d'alta classe in Inghilterra e suo padre è un ex fantino. Amane ha già frequentato accademie di corse di cavalli in vari paesi. Lo spettacolo segue questi tre ragazzi di 15 anni all'accademia.
