Descrizione Fuga da V.I. è un gioco 2D Survival Horror in prima persona a scorrimento laterale 2D. Ti svegli bruscamente al suono di un terremoto che squarcia il tuo posto di lavoro. Mentre cerca di scappare in superficie, il giocatore si troverà a combattere per la propria vita. Sopravvivendo a innumerevoli mostri in più dimensioni, il giocatore scoprirà la verità sul proprio passato. Il giocatore ha solo 1 punto vita senza checkpoint o salvataggio automatico (viene effettuato un salvataggio all'uscita dal menu principale) Ci sono percorsi di ramificazione all'interno del gioco, vale a dire le scelte del giocatore, influenzano il finale che ottengono.
