We did what felt good at the time, and we didn't take too much stress out of the release. The album deals with a wide range of emotions related to human life, from frustration to anger and from passion to sadness. In order not to be too serious, the heavier topics are also accompanied by that famous twinkle in the eye that is typical of Memoremains' music. The album's title is based on a reflection on how devotion to the objects of passion can sometimes turn toxic.
