Dal sistema TrueSight, che emula la visuale delle unità, al sistema di copertura, che incoraggia il piazzamento attento delle unità stesse (per non parlare dell’approccio combinato delle armi e del gameplay con hard counter e soft counter che ti costringerà a pensarci due volte prima di tentare di distruggere un carro armato con una semplice squadra di fucilieri), ogni gioco costringe continuamente i giocatori a dover effettuare significative scelte tattiche che possono cambiare il corso della guerra.
