Questo ragazzo con strani poteri psichici ha guadagnato il suo nickname “Mob” (la folla, la massa) perché difficilmente si distingue in mezzo alle altre persone. Per evitare di perdere il controllo del suo corpo ed esplodere, quindi, il protagonista cerca di tenere chiusi dentro di sé tutti i suoi sentimenti, per condurre una vita normale. They go to Cuticle City where there seems to be various urban legend sightings. They immediately get a request to deal with something called the Dragger. Mob regains his composure and he faces off with Suzuki, but Suzuki's power is too great. Mob finally gives up on trying to talk things out and puts everything he has into this battle.
