Mentre cercava un nuovo gruppo, Yuke si imbatté in Marina, Silk e Rain, tre sue ex-allieve, e si unì al loro party. Incoraggiato dall'affetto e dalla stima che le ragazze provavano nei suoi confronti chiamandolo "maestro", Yuke iniziò a sfruttare appieno il suo straordinario potere magico e le sue abilità. Non solo mostrò il suo potenziale, ma riuscì anche a far emergere il meglio delle capacità delle sue compagne, completando con successo una missione dopo l'altra. Il film segue le avventure di Dog Man, una creatura metà cane e metà uomo. È così che nasce Dog Man, che ha giurato di proteggere e servire i cittadini, finché uno scoiattolo non lo distrae, mentre insegue tenacemente un superattivo: il felino Petey the Cat. La rivalità tra cane e gatto o, meglio, tra Dog Man e Petey verrà sconvolta dall'arrivo di un altro adorabile gattino, clone di Petey, ovvero Lil Petey, che cambierà le carte in tavola per entrambi.
