Molti anni fa, una grande guerra civile ha devastato il Giappone, lasciando il paese frammentato tra due regioni: Kansai e Kanto. Nel Kansai, un gruppo di sei Akudama porta a termine le missioni affidategli da un misterioso gatto nero, sfuggendo alla polizia. Ma un viaggio pericoloso sta per svolgersi quando una ragazza civile viene coinvolta nello stile di vita degli Akudama e assiste alle loro pulsioni criminali.
