L'ISOLA di Urashima, una località molto lontana dalla terraferma, era conosciuta un tempo per essere un luogo di pace, prosperità, benessere. Cinque anni orsono le tre più importanti famiglie dell'isola hanno subito una serie di eventi violenti che hanno spezzato l'atmosfera idilliaca dell'isola su cui, da allora, è calata un'atmosfera di sospetto. Temendo un intervento dal Continente la popolazione ha deciso di interrompere ogni contatto con la terraferma avviando così l'isola ad un lento ed inesorabile declino. Le speranze di uscire da questa situazione sono legate a tre giovani ragazze, Karen Kurutsu, Sara Garando e Rinne Ohara, le eredi delle tre grandi famiglie dell'isola ma le tre non riescono a spezzare le catene delle tradizioni che le spingono a lottare fra loro più che a cooperare. Un giorno sulle spiagge dell'isola arriva un ragazzo, Setsuna Sanzekai. Egli sostiene di arrivare dal futuro per cambiare il tragico destino dell'Isola.
