Il mondo intero si unisce contro la minaccia dei giganti, creando delle armi apposite chiamate "CHARM" (Counter Huge Arms), realizzate grazie all'unione di scienza e magia. Queste armi si rivelano particolarmente adatte per ragazzine adolescenti chiamate "Lilies".
