Nel 2004 ne è stata tratta una serie televisiva anime di 26 episodi divisi in due stagioni: Gantz: The First Stage e Gantz: The Second Stage. In Italia i diritti della serie animata sono stati acquistati dalla Yamato Video e dal 21 dicembre 2009 la serie è stata trasmessa in prima visione sul canale Dahlia Eros e poi dal canale Man-ga. However, due to the events that occurred immediately following the murder, Togusa is brutally cross-examined by the murderer's lawyer. 10: DI: One Angry Man; TRIAL In onda il: 2004-05-08 Togusa aids a woman who has been chased by a man through the streets of Niihama.
